Thank you for your interest in my products. Please note that placing an order with "Annie's GmbH" requires your agreement to the following general terms and conditions (GTC). The Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) applies to all items not described herein.

First, I would like to answer the most frequently asked questions in a simple and understandable way, in addition to/simplifying the terms and conditions below:

Order & Delivery:
All orders are binding. I ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein with the Swiss Post. Postage and packaging for orders under CHF 50 are CHF 4 and are automatically calculated during the ordering process. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50. You will be notified by separate email as soon as the goods are shipped.

Prices & payment options:
All prices in this shop are listed in Swiss francs (CHF). As a small boutique, I am not registered for VAT, so my prices are not included. You can choose your preferred payment method during checkout: Twint, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If you don't have any of these payment methods, please contact us for a bank or postal transfer.

Deliveries abroad:
I only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Goods on backorder:
The shop displays current stock levels and only allows orders within these limits. If an item is currently out of stock despite a different display in the shop, I will contact you to discuss a delivery time or possible partial deliveries. This also applies if the ordered quantity exceeds the available stock.

Return:
If you are not satisfied with an item upon receipt, you can return it within 14 days. The item must be in new condition upon arrival. You are responsible for the return postage costs. Upon receipt, we will refund the price paid for the returned item. Any postage costs for shipping from us to you are non-refundable.

My primary goal is your satisfaction. Should an unexpected complaint arise, please contact me so we can resolve the issue promptly.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following points regulate the contract in detail:

1. Validity and conclusion of contract
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of my offer and my order confirmations. They are solely binding and take precedence over the purchaser's terms and conditions of purchase, unless I expressly declare them to be applicable to the delivery in question in writing. Verbal agreements are only valid if they are confirmed by me in writing.
1.2 My offers are non-binding; they serve as a basis for orders. All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) by default. I am not subject to VAT, therefore my prices do not include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, offers are valid for 10 days. Availability may change during the offer period compared to the date of the offer.
1.3 All documents such as descriptions, illustrations, dimensional sketches and other information are only approximate; I reserve the right to make minor adjustments.

2. Terms of payment
2.1 All orders require advance payment without deductions of discounts etc.
2.2 The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.

3. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Annie's Boutique until the purchase price has been paid in full.

4. Delivery period
4.1 The customer is only entitled to terminate the contract due to delayed delivery if the agreed delivery period is exceeded by more than two weeks for reasons for which I am solely responsible. In particular, delivery periods for goods that are not in stock in Switzerland at the time of the order may be extended due to delays in cross-border trade. In any case, we will only be liable for damages if gross negligence can be proven. All items advertised in the shop are generally available in my own warehouse in Switzerland.

5. Cancellation and returns
5.1 You can easily cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Please contact me immediately.
5.2 Jewelry is a hygiene product. Returns of correctly delivered goods are therefore only possible if you notify me immediately upon receipt and return the unwanted items to me in perfect condition. In this case, you will be responsible for the return postage.

6. Acceptance
6.1 All items are manually inspected for defects and damage before shipping. Should an item nevertheless be damaged or exhibit material defects, please contact me immediately. Ideally, please include a photo and a brief description of the defect.
6.2 Damage resulting from natural wear and tear, improper handling, excessive stress, chemical or electrolytic influences, or other reasons for which I am not responsible are excluded from exchange or return.

7. Online Shop and Security
Your card details are encrypted using proven SSL technology. Every transaction is authorized online with the relevant credit card companies. I never ask you for a card number or PIN. For this reason, I cannot accept credit card payments over the phone. We do not store your credit card number.

8. Data protection
I undertake not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will be treated confidentially and used for the intended, correct processing of your order. The data necessary for transaction processing is kept to a minimum and will be stored.

9. Protection of minors
Minors under the age of 16 may only place orders with written parental consent within the legally permitted framework. By placing an order, you acknowledge these terms and conditions and confirm that you are authorized to purchase.

10. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is 5400 Baden, Swiss law applies.
