What is the procedure for my appointment?
During your visit, you can take your time choosing the bracelet you like best. Our collection offers various designs in gold and silver, so you don't have to decide beforehand. If you wish, you can further embellish your bracelet with one or more small charms. The total price depends on your selection.

First, we take measurements to ensure the necklace fits well. Then, the two ends are joined with a small ring and welded using a special machine. The process is completely painless. Please allow approximately 20-30 minutes for your appointment, depending on the desired length.

How old do I have to be for permanent jewelry?
There's actually no minimum age. However, if you're coming alone, you should be 16 years old. If you're younger, you need your parents' permission. Or, in that case, it's best to come together.

How can I make an appointment?
You can book your appointment online right here on this page. Alternatively, you're welcome to visit our boutique in Wettingen and make an appointment in person. The reservation is free, so you don't need to pay anything in advance.

Can I bring my girlfriend along too?
Absolutely! In that case, simply book two consecutive appointments. If there are more than two of you, please contact us in advance so we can ensure we have enough time for everyone.

What if the chain breaks or I have to take it off?
If the bracelet breaks at the weld, for example if you've caught it on something, we can weld it back together. If you need to remove it yourself for any reason, you can cut the welded ring with pliers. The first time it's re-welded, there's no charge.

What do I need to consider if I wear permanent jewelry?
Above all, be careful not to snag them on anything. The chains are delicate and made of high-quality material. This also means they won't discolor, even when showering or swimming.
